2. Receiving the QR Code

• The QR code is generated and activated within 30 minutes after payment confirmation.

• The code is available in the user’s personal account (local profile).

• The QR code includes security mechanisms that protect it from copying and misuse.

3. Using the GOAT Card

• To receive a discount, the user must present the QR code to a representative of the partner location.

• The partner has the right to request identification (e.g. name or card number) to verify the cardholder.

• The QR code or card is valid only until the specified expiration period (1 month or 1 year).

4. Usage Restrictions

• Sharing, transferring, or providing the card or QR code to third parties is strictly prohibited.

• In case of violation, the company reserves the right to block or cancel the card without prior notice.

5. Discount Usage Rules

• Discounts are valid only at partner locations listed on the website or in the application during the applicable period.

• Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated in the partner’s terms.

6. Refunds and Cancellation

• No refunds are provided after the card is purchased (virtual service).

• Card cancellation or suspension is possible only in exceptional cases, based on an administrative decision.

7. Personal Data Protection

GOAT Space protects users’ personal data in accordance with applicable legislation.
The QR code and card information are stored securely and are not shared with third parties.

8. Company Rights

The company reserves the right to:

• Update or modify these terms with prior notice to users;

• Change the list of partner locations;

• Temporarily suspend card functionality for technical reasons or in case of policy violations.
